Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
1 – The item is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
2 – The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
3 – You include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.
4 – For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as beauty items, opened cosmetics, or intimate wear) cannot be returned unless faulty.

4 – We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with your return instructions and the UK return address.
Return Shipping Costs
1 – Customers are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2 – You can use any tracked courier service (Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD recommended).
3 – If the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
1 – Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll notify you via email.
2 – Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
1 – If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- All Opened and Used cosmetics or beauty products
- All Used/ Washed Clothing items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
1 – Check your bank again.
2 – Contact your card provider (it may take time to post the refund).
