1 – We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses via trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
2 – Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to:
1- All UK Mainland addresses (Free Standard Delivery)
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands — slightly longer delivery times may apply, and surcharges may be added depending on the courier service.
2 – Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK, but we plan to expand soon.
4. Tracking Your Order
1 – Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel directly on the courier’s website (Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD).
2 – If you don’t receive your tracking link, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
1 – Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
2 – If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
3 – In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.
4 – We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incomplete or inaccurate delivery details.
6. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels
